Melissa is a hero! She implemented what it took to get my property ready to be listed in days! The property was listed and 15 people looked at the property. There were two offers at the asking price! How did this happen? Well, Melissa understands building code, has amazing contacts and knows what I takes to sell a home. Melissa is energetic and professional. Melissa is simply amazing at what she does and an amazing person generally. We actually started working together in 2020 for an emergency rental that we needed when we have just moved to Miami from New York last May in the middle of a pandemic. We literally had 4 days to find a home, and Melissa delivered. She was patient, she found us what we needed and answered all our questions, no matter the time and place. We loved our renting experience so much that we reached out to Melissa again to help us find a home to buy. We started working on that in June of 2020 and ended up closing in April 2021.
