We actually started working together in 2020 for an emergency rental that we needed when we have just moved to Miami from New York last May in the middle of a pandemic. We literally had 4 days to find a home, and Melissa delivered. She was patient, she found us what we needed and answered all our questions, no matter the time and place. We loved our renting experience so much that we reached out to Melissa again to help us find a home to buy. We started working on that in June of 2020 and ended up closing in April 2021. How did this happen? Well, Melissa understands building code, has amazing contacts and knows what I takes to sell a home. Melissa is energetic and professional. She understands marketing, sales and how to close the open permits on the property. Melissa sold my house in a day. The house closed in the normal time but that was because she was on top of the inspection process, surveys, and appraisal. Melissa looked after everything!
