Melissa is simply amazing at what she does and an amazing person generally. We actually started working together in 2020 for an emergency rental that we needed when we have just moved to Miami from New York last May in the middle of a pandemic. We literally had 4 days to find a home, and Melissa delivered. She was patient, she found us what we needed and answered all our questions, no matter the time and place. We loved our renting experience so much that we reached out to Melissa again to help us find a home to buy. We started working on that in June of 2020 and ended up closing in April 2021. It was a long process and we were first time home buyers. Melissa answered absolutely ALL of our questions in a timely manner, with patience and love for what she does. I dare say I view Melissa now as a friend that I'd like to maintain. We had many bumps in the road with our process: financing, in our relationship.
